With 20 employees at its headquarters in Tampere and sales offices in Espoo and Turku, the company has become one of the leading players in the service and transportation industry in the Finnish market for telematic vehicle management solutions. PPCT had a turnover of EUR 4 million in 2015. GSGroup uses different accounting principles than PPCT. The adjusted turnover is closer to EUR 2.5 million for 2015 based on GSGroup&#8217;s principle and similar figures are expected for 2016.<\/p>\n\n<p>GSGroup is financing the purchase with its own funds and bank loans. There will be no need to provide equity capital.<\/p>\n\n<p>-We have had a dialog with the owner and founder of PPCT, Aarre Sillanp\u00e4\u00e4, in recent months. The process has been constructive and positive. We have a good impression of the management and the services offered by PPCT. Aarre will continue as CEO of the company. PPCT has a solid customer base with a large number of major customers with long-term perspectives. GSGroup is acquiring a portfolio of more than 600 customers, which will give a significant boost to our Finnish business. The acquisition helps to strengthen our leading position in the Nordic region,&#8221; says Espen Virik Ranvik, CEO of GSGroup.<\/p>\n\n<p>-&#8220;I am proud and satisfied with the journey I have taken with the PPCT.
