Madeleine comes to us with a two-year degree in IT project management and is fluent not only in her native Swedish, but also in English and French. Outside of work, she has a fondness for four-legged friends, especially her own canine companion. <\/p>\n\n
“What do you do to relax and unwind?” you might ask. Madeleine’s answer? A playful and puzzled “Hmm, relax?!” It seems that this enterprising person is always on the move, ready for the next challenge. <\/p>\n\n
When we ask Madeleine about her ambitions in the role, she eagerly expresses her desire to discover new customers and opportunities while sharing her knowledge. Having previously worked with DB Schenker and DSV in the transport sector, she wanted a change and the rest is history. <\/p>\n\n
“It’s a new set of products for me, but still within the industry,” she notes, emphasizing her enthusiasm for exploring different aspects of the field. <\/p>\n\n
What is exciting about our industry? <\/p>\n\n
When asked about the trends in our industry, Madeleine exclaims: “There’s a lot going on, and it’s always evolving!” Her enthusiasm reflects the constant evolution of the transport sector, where innovation is the name of the game. <\/p>\n\n

In her own words: “It is important to ‘keep your ear to the ground’ – to be attentive and responsive.” (By the way, we’re not quite sure if that’s the Swedish way of saying it, but it certainly makes sense!) <\/p>\n\n When asked about the importance of diversity in the tech industry, Madeleine believes that diversity is always a positive force. According to her, the mix of different skills and experiences that different individuals bring to the table contributes to a richer and more innovative working environment.
