Magnhild Agerup-Faxvaag
CFO & COO
Magnhild is the group CFO & COO, while also serving as a Board Member at Ezone Energy since 2023, where she contributes with her commercial and strategic competence within the trafo and cable industry. Before joining GSGroup, Magnhild held the position of Head of Plan & Build 360, a software product unit at Tietoevry where she led a cross-functional business unit, delivering SaaS for public sector planning and building units. She also led the 360 Trainee Program, recognized as the second most attractive trainee program for IT students in Norway.
Additionally, Magnhild has a background in sports, playing in the Elite series for women’s floorball, achieving significant victories, including Gold in the European cup in 2014. In 2021, she was selected to join the network 40 under 40 in Norway by Dagens Næringsliv.
Morten Berntsen
Chief Business Development Officer
Morten has been a part of GSGroup for nearly two decades, serving as the Chief Business Development Officer since October 2022. Earlier, Morten was a Project Manager at SaaS AS, leading national and international projects in the oil and gas industry, and served as a Consultant at Optimal Engineering AS.
Morten also has a military background, having served in the Royal Norwegian Navy as a Communication Officer and Kvartermester on Kobben submarines, bringing a unique perspective to his roles in the corporate sector.
Per Simonsen
Division Director Fleet and Asset Tracking
Before joining GSGroup AS as Division Director, Per was CEO of the Norwegian scale-Meshtech AS. As a former Board Member, the founding CEO at Telenor Connexion, and later SVP for IoT in the Telenor Group, Per played a pivotal role in shaping IoT strategies and was instrumental in Telenor’s rise as a leading IoT player in Europe. Per’s experience spans across multiple tech leadership roles, and he is currently chairing the Board of Directors at MIMIRO AS.
Fritz Rieber

Fritz Rieber is a former partner at Borea, and has work experience from banking and finance. He has co-founded a number of companies and served as board member and chairman of the board for both listed and non-listed companies.
Trond Valvik
Styremedlem
Trond Valvik is in charge of the business area Direct Investments in Rieber & Søn. He was partner at PE firm Borea Opportunity and has experience from transaction support and accounting at EY. As board member and chairman for several companies, Valvik has built extensive cross-sector experience.
Valvik holds a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
